Billing

AMU Communications bills are due on the 5th of the month. Communications bills are mailed on the 15th of every month with services billed one month in advance. Your AMU Communications bill will include charges for cable TV, Internet, and telephone services. There are many options for paying your bill:

• Online with your credit card- For the ultimate in convenience.
• By Mail - You can pay by mail using the return envelope included in your bill.
• At the AMU Office -You can pay in person at our office at 104 West Call Street during office hours, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Our office has a drive up window for your convenience.
• At the AMU Drop Box - We have a convenient Drop Box located in our Drive-thru that makes it easy to drop off payments anytime of the day or night.
• Electronic Bank Payment - You can take advantage of our bank pay option. Bank pay is an easy way to have your utility bill paid automatically and on time by your bank or credit union. For more information contact AMU at (515) 295-3584.
• Online Banking – You may also pay your AMU bill online through your own bank or financial institution. Call your bank for more details.

The Utilities can disconnect one or all services if the customer has an outstanding account balance. Disconnects are done on the 15th of every month, unless it falls on a weekend, then disconnects will take place on the following Monday.
