Internet – No Charge if customer doesn't want to access their E-Mail.

                    $5.00 monthly for E-Mail Access.

Telephone - $6.75 credit monthly bill.

                       You may also stop any calling features while you are gone.

Customers requesting vacation rates need to provide the following information:

Name

Address

Forwarding Address (if applicable)

Telephone number

Date Leaving

Date Returning (or at least the month)

Determine If you want E-Mail access ($5.00 Charge).

List the calling features on your telephone service you want stopped while on vacation.

For your convenience, AMU Communications customers receiving vacation rates are asked to call AMU a couple of days before they return home so AMU Communications services are restored when the customer arrives home.
